HUB International is a leading North American insurance brokerage that provides training and the opportunity to obtain a Level 1 general insurance license within 30 days. As an Auto Associate, you’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You don’t need prior experience to join our team. We offer complete training and a structured path to licensing, with benefits and compensation designed to reward performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions (renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments).
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value and drive metrics.
• Support branch by handling calls, admin tasks, and inventory restocking.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

Salary Expectations – The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
