Job summary

HUB International in British Columbia is seeking an Auto Associate to drive insurance sales, build client relationships, and deliver outstanding service. No prior experience required; we provide complete training and support licensing within 30 days of employment.

You will promote ICBC and private insurance products, meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, and assist with branch operations in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Compensation includes salary plus potential bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.
• Support Connect by HUB Centers as needed through inbound and outbound call volume assistance, transactions, and client servicing.

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
