Job summary

HUB International in Canada is seeking an Auto Associate to drive sales of ICBC and private auto insurance products while delivering exceptional customer experience. The role includes relationship building with clients, dealership partners, and teammates, with training and licensing support provided within the first month.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers and cancellations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients.
• Support branch by handling calls, admin tasks, and restocking inventory.
• Assist Connect by HUB Centers with inbound/outbound call volume and client servicing.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory
• Support Connect by HUB Centers as needed through inbound and outbound call volume assistance, transactions, and client servicing.

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
