Job summary

Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join its pursuits and proposal team in Mississauga.

You will coordinate, develop, review, and finalize compelling responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, working closely with the Senior Proposal Specialist to win new business. You will lead the creation of compliant narratives, manage documents and schedules, and contribute to continuous improvements such as boilerplates and project profiles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience interviewing executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of RFP/RFQ/RFI submissions.
• Review client requests and determine document requirements.
• Collaborate with management to develop win strategies.
• Produce accurate proposal responses and messaging.
• Coordinate documents, schedules, and reviews.
• Maintain templates and best practices.
• Manage information across platforms (SharePoint, CRM).
