PolicyMe Corp. is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager in Canada to design and implement a scalable CRM and revenue workflow from the ground up. You will own HubSpot administration, pipelines, dashboards, and cross‑functional processes with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Operations.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and measurable impact across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with multiple teams to define stages, routing, and reporting, while building repeatable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, business systems, sales operations, or related field.
• Strong, hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM in a complex or growing organization.
• Experience designing CRM workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, reporting, and data-governance practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems, data, and business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing changes, managing releases, and documenting technical processes.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Own our revenue systems and data, including administering HubSpot and maintaining scalable CRM architecture.
• Improve processes across the customer lifecycle with lead routing, pipeline stages, and data governance.
• Turn data into better decisions with dashboards, forecasting, and cross-functional metrics reporting.
• Deliver change that sticks through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and training materials.
