Jobber is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Enablement team in Canada. You will partner with sales leaders across multiple cities to diagnose issues, drive data-driven improvements, and own the channel's operational excellence.

You will lead projects end-to-end, from discovery to rollout, ensuring adoption and measurable impact on sales performance while aligning with business goals and strategic priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Sales Operations partner for an assigned sales channel or priority area.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to channel leaders, building a deep understanding of goals and performance drivers.
• Partner with Sales leaders and frontline teams to analyse issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Make strategic recommendations on how priorities are sequenced over quarters.
• Provide ongoing support while seeking longer-term solutions to reduce friction and improve consistency.
• Investigate operational problems by gathering stakeholder input and analyzing data.
• Document current-state processes, requirements, owners, handoffs, dependencies, and failure points.
• Design practical improvements that make processes clearer, more efficient, and scalable.
• Lead channel projects from discovery through rollout and post-launch measurement.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, plans, milestones, owners, risks, and success measures.
• Maintain structured delivery plans and keep projects moving by addressing blockers and escalating risks.
• Develop rollout plans including communication, training, readiness, and post-launch support.
