Job summary

Barcodes, Inc. is seeking a Returns Coordinator to support operations by coordinating customer and vendor RMAs for credits or exchanges. You will work with sales, customers, and internal teams to keep RMAs updated and resolved promptly.

Responsibilities include NetSuite processing, inventory movement updates, and inbox management for returns and shipments. This role requires 2 years in returns/warehouse experience, NetSuite familiarity, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with returns and warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year of ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Knowledge of shipping labels and shipping carriers.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Trace and investigate missing or damaged gear or packaging with customers, vendors, or carriers.

• Coordinate backups for logistics coordination during busy periods; support cross-border issues and NAFTA needs.

Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Returns Coordinator to support our growing operations. In this role, you’ll be at the center of communication between vendors, customers, and our internal teams, ensuring that all returns are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and request customer and vendor RMA's for credit or exchange.
• Manage Customer RMA requests and receipts and Vendor VRMA's by reviewing NetSuite reporting. Daily follow up with sales team, suppliers and customers via email, phone or in person as required. Ensure RMA/VRMA's notes and status is updated daily, and consistently followed up to resolve and close on a timely basis.
• Trace and investigate missing or damaged gear/packaging, with customers, vendor or various carriers.
• Process transactions in NetSuite to display inventory movement and updated RMA status.
• Physically verify and check goods before they are shipped.
• Investigate defective materials, short shipments, over shipments and/or any other variances and discrepancies.
• [e-mail] shared inbox. Disburse or address incoming emails, organize and respond to all senders accordingly.
• [e-mail] inbox and address incoming emails promptly and appropriately.
• Back up/ Cross training for full Logistics Coordinator back up during absences or busy time periods. This includes full knowledge on various shipping methods and features, over-sized issues, rush urgent, cross border issues, commercial invoices and NAFTA requirements, and assist sales reps and staff by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• This role will work to effectively coordinate all customer and vendor returns, for credit or exchange. There will be regular communication with vendors, customers and all office staff, and assistance with verification and shipping of the goods. This is a high-volume role, and this individual is responsible for ensuring all items are shipped within a timely manner.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

What You Need:

• 2 years of experience with returns and warehouse operations
