Job summary

NRI Distribution seeks a Returns Clerk in Brampton, Ontario to manage returns, quality control, and warranty processes for products from active lifestyle clients. You will ensure timely processing, system updates, and clear client communication while upholding safety and accuracy.

This 14‑month maternity leave coverage offers Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with strong potential for extension or transition to a permanent role. A collaborative, detail‑driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure standing, walking, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements.
• Inputs returns information into the system.
• Communicates with clients via email and reporting.
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Serves as a backup in the absence of the returns lead.
• Troubleshoots discrepancies and transit issues.

As aReturnsClerk, you will play an important part of theReturnsteambyorganizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairsand returns duties.You'll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Wage

$23.00 - $24.50

Shift

This is a 14-month maternity leave coverage position, with a strong possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves:

• Must have3+ months ofexperiencein the Returns department
• ProficientwithMicrosoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Ensures allreturns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements
• Inputreturns information into the system
• Client communication via email and reporting
• Quality control onreturns andwarranty claims
• Serves as a backup in the absence of the returns lead.
• Trouble shooting when faced with discrepancies, anomalies or transit caused issues.
• Call out any potential issues or roadblocks to the department supervisor so they can be addressed prior to returns units being posted .

• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
