Job summary

Pure Fishing, a global leader in fishing tackle, is seeking a Canada Customer Service Returns & Warehouse Coordinator. You will manage the Canadian returns process, serve as the main contact for returns, replacements, and warranty claims, and ensure credits and dispositions are processed accurately.

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, returns processing, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Canadian returns process, including authorizations, tracking, and resolution.
  • Serve as primary contact for customers on returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure timely processing of credits, replacements, and product disposition.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive service.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers and warehouse teams for receipt and processing of returns.
  • Monitor inventory levels related to returns and update systems accordingly.
  • Operate reach truck equipment and maintain forklift certification.
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment tracking.
  • Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Track returns data to identify trends and root causes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce return rates.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for returns, credits, and warehouse activity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Canada Customer Service Returns & Warehouse Coordinator
What will you do?
  • Manage the Canadian returns process, including authorizations, tracking, and resolution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of credits, replacements, and product disposition.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering responsive and solution-oriented service.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse teams to ensure efficient receipt, inspection, and processing of returned goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels related to returns and ensure proper system updates and reconciliation.
  • Operate battery-powered reach truck equipment while successfully obtaining forklift certification.
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking and issue resolution.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Track and analyze returns data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, Supply Chain) to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to returns, credits, and warehouse activity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
