Mark's Work Wearhouse Ltd. is seeking a store leader to coach the team, manage orders, and deliver an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience for customers.

You will lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function, ensuring accurate ordering and timely delivery while coaching staff to meet service standards. You will oversee store operations, scheduling, inventory movement to the sales floor, and compliance with LP, cash and OH&S policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail experience required.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop department team and store.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team, coach and follow up to ensure service standards.
• Lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and management.
• Ensure omni-channel in-store eCommerce and fulfill eCommerce orders on time.
• Oversee inventory movement to the sales floor and support shipping/receiving and cash control.
• Promote a positive, safe, inclusive work environment and follow disciplinary processes when needed.
