- Minimum of one year of retail experience.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Open availability including day, evening, weekend.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance.
- Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and shipments.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Handle manager-on-duty duties (breaks, time, attendance).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store safety.
- Perform cash management and opening/closing duties.
- Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
- Support hiring and performance management.
