Structube is seeking a store leader in Mississauga to drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure daily store performance aligns with company standards.

You’ll participate in recruitment, training, inventory control, and scheduling to meet deadlines while delivering profitability. Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a retail store and 1 year working in a management position.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff while driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through a customer-driven attitude by providing exceptional service.
• Ensure that each employee delivers an incredible experience for our customers.
• Participate to the recruitment efforts, ensure training and deliver feedback on a regular basis.
• Ensure day-to-day operations, and delegate effectively to meet daily/weekly deadlines.
• Effectively control inventory and minimize costs to ensure profitability.
• Perform other related duties.
