Job summary

Structube is seeking a District Manager to oversee a district of stores, driving sales, profitability and customer experience. You will mentor store managers, ensure brand standards, and link stores with head office to execute company initiatives.

The role requires travel between stores within the district, with a focus on implementing strategies and coaching teams to achieve targets and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail experience, including 3 years in store management or multi-store roles.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Proven leadership with experience developing managers and teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze performance indicators.
• Keen skills in organization, planning and priority management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores within the district; some evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead district performance in sales, profitability and customer experience.
• Mentor store managers and ensure brand standards across all stores.
• Monitor KPIs, including sales, conversion, basket size and productivity.
• Develop clear action plans with store managers to improve results.
• Ensure monthly sales targets and productivity expectations are met.
• Conduct regular store visits to review performance and operations.
