Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience.
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in their decor choices.
• Open, prepare and close the store.
• Train and coach team members.
• Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising.
• Ensure the performance of the store.
• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store.
