Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Train and motivate staff.
• Provide a positive working environment, coach, advise and listen to employee problems/issues.
• Prepare, post and change work schedule to schedule staff appropriately to meet business needs.
• Delegate and prioritize workload for staff.
• Merchandise advertising and promotional programs to maximize brand advantage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate receiving, handling and storing of product to optimize results.
• Maintain category sets and profit-oriented assortment.
• Utilize reports to ensure store profitability.
• Work with Sales reps to negotiate credits and order levels.
• Maintain inventory levels through ordering and rotation.
• Ensure pricing integrity.
• Coordinate daily employee activities; support store Owner; contribute to performance reviews.
