Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Front Store Manager to lead the front store team, drive customer experience, and manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment in Canada. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and adherence to store standards while delivering strong customer service and profitability.

The role requires proven retail leadership, the ability to analyze financials, and exceptional coaching and communication skills to motivate staff and align with corporate programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of front-store teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive store profitability.
• Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Efficient time management and prioritization under changing initiatives.
• Experience planning staffing and labor scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Works with management to ensure store standards are in effect, including the backroom.
• Manages labour scheduling and uses WFM to maximize productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Hires or supports hiring for all departments (excluding Pharmacy).
• Drives culture and engages staff through leadership and core values.
