Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada is seeking a store associate to support merchandising, receiving and customer service. You will organize backroom stock, process deliveries and maintain attractive, compliant product displays for customers.

Requirements include basic computer and cash register skills, strong organizational ability, independence and self-motivation. Expect flexible shifts, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain store inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Ensure displays are consumer focused and 'shoppable'.
• Receive merchandise and maintain neat backroom per procedures.
• Assist Front Store Manager in maintaining quality and standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain a clean image per uniform policy.
• Comply with health, safety, and loss prevention policies.
