Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Vancouver is seeking an experienced retail leader to assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in managing the human, physical and financial resources of the store, ensuring store objectives are met by improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

You will work with the management team to uphold store standards, support scheduling with Work Force Management, and develop staff through mentorship while delivering excellent customer experiences in the community.

Qualifications

• Ensures staffing levels are adequate for daily operations.
