Dollarama in Nova Scotia is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support store operations, supervise staff, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in operating the store and supervising staff
• Boxing/unboxing daily shipments and stocking shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Handle cash management and opening/closing duties as needed
• Perform manager-on-duty tasks including attendance tracking and hiring/performance processes
