Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal, full-time Lead Operations role to support daily guest service standards at Ontario's Blue Mountain. The position reports to resort management and involves coordinating tasks, guiding staff, and upholding brand standards.

Compensation is $21.69 per hour with 4 to 5 shifts per week. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, Smart Serve certification, reliable transportation, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provides lead daily operations to assist employees in working efficiently and uphold service standards.
• Adheres to Brand Standards; follows station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, and menu knowledge.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort.
• Supports team completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed.
• Orders inventory per par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Ensures processes and standards support the Strategic Plan.
• Ensures daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
