Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's premier seasonal destination, seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee the Rental, Valet, and Repair areas. You will lead the Attendants to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience with equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid G class driver’s licence.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience is an asset.
• Previous ski/snowboard technician experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service and presentation.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
• Motivate staff through example and leadership.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new attendants.
• Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
• Ensure all staff adhere to proper procedures.
