Job summary

Centex Petroleum is seeking a capable Sales Supervisor for our Fort St. John on-site location. You will lead staff, assign duties, train teammates, and ensure smooth fuel and merchandise sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

This role requires 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s licence. You will prepare reports, manage inventory, and coordinate promotions to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
