Job summary

Pop's Cannabis Co. is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to oversee daily operations, open and close the store, and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with company standards.

You will maintain store presentation, assist cashiers, manage alarms, perform onboarding and training, and escalate issues to store managers. A Provincial Cannabis Certification and at least 2 years in retail are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close retail store, including activating and deactivating alarms.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
• Provide high level of customer service; build relationships and promote products.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing education of staff.
• Escalate employee issues to store managers for resolution.
