Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or service
• Strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes
• Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment
• Plan and prioritize tasks while guiding Associates on service policies and procedures
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service
• Enhance the store’s brand by creating eye-catching displays in key areas
