Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or service experience.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of store operations.
• Ability to lead by example and train associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Enhance the store’s brand and value by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.
