Job summary

Canna Cabana Inc. is seeking Part Time Shift Leaders to join our team in Canada. You will supervise daily operations, assist the Store Manager in their absence, and lead staff to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications include SellSafe, 2+ years in retail (cannabis preferred), and strong time management. First Aid is a plus, and high school plus technical training is required.

Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification
• Completion of high school and college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation required
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry required - Cannabis industry preferred
• A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating daily operations of the store
• Oversee responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM
• Assist in delivery of key personnel management on shift and resolve customer service issues
• Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards
• Assist in ensuring staffing levels meet business needs when requested
• Be the sales and customer service leader/role model in SM/ASM absence
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct
• Ensure company policies and relevant legislation are upheld by staff
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Ensure health, safety, and security regulations are followed on shift
• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Ensure employees on shift pursue sales goals
• Oversee and assist in inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift
