Job summary

Michaels Kingston is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, manage checkout, and help customers locate products. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and ensuring well-merchandised, in-stock shelves.

You will engage customers with the rewards program, enrollments, and VOC surveys, while supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and explain store programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Ensure fast, accurate checkout with proper cash handling.
• Explain and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, returns, and merchandise availability.
• Participate in store safety and shrink programs.
