Job summary

Michaels Kingston store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and process fast, accurate checkouts. You will participate in truck unloads, restocking, and in-store merchandising, while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

The role supports omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS and requires standing for long periods. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go backs and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; maintain a positive store image.
