Job summary

Michaels in Chatham, Ontario is hiring for a Store Team Member. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised aisles. Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS processes, promoting rewards programs, and following SOPs while staying positive and respectful in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experiences and cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, returns, and merchandise presentation.
