Job summary

Michaels Brandon, MB is seeking a friendly store team member to help customers, locate products, and ensure fast checkout. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining shop layout while delivering our brand promise.

This role supports omnichannel steps like BOPIS and SFS, rewards enrollment, and adherence to SOPs, safety, and shrink programs. Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is helpful; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing for long periods
• Ability to move throughout the store and lift merchandise

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support store recovery and maintenance including returns and in-stock conditions
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
