Michaels in Saint-Jérôme, QC is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and provide fast checkout. You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting rewards programs and private label credit cards.

Team Members support omni-channel orders (BOPIS/SFS), assist with planograms, and follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; manage cash handling
• Encourage enrollments in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay in-stock and presentable
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact with customers and team members professionally and respectfully
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
