Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understanding retail operations: store standards, cash handling, merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment in all situations.
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in to ideas, decisions, actions, products or services.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude to build and maintain loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
• Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks: receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
• Keep updated on product and service updates.
• Ensure store is visually appealing and aligns with company standards.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies per guidelines.
