Job summary

• Experience in apparel retail preferred.

• Excellent presentation in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.
• Promote Roots' core values and brand while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Maintain store standards and visual displays to reflect product presentation and cleanliness.
