Job summary

Roots in Calgary is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and promote our brand values. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers, present merchandise, and support daily store operations including cash handling and stock replenishment.

The right candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, team-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills. Prior retail experience, especially apparel, is preferred; a proactive, friendly attitude helps us build

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel is preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values.The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.The goal is to develop customers for life.
