Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking an in-store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers with printing and service needs in our Prince George location. You will learn our products, assist with transactions, and support store operations.

In this role you will work with a team to meet sales and service goals, maintain print area standards, stock supplies, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model within the store and learning all our products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
