Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor in the Halifax area to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, oversee print and customer service operations, and act as a keyholder to support programs and training across the stores.

You will supervise customer interactions, ensure standards in print operations, and coach staff to maintain a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
• Previous supervisory and coaching experience preferred
• Experience in a print/graphic communications environment ideal
• Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Lead areas in the store, including cash and print, to achieve goals and targets
• Model and coach our selling model to engage customers and motivate associates
• Execute, communicate, and maximize sales with flyer and promotional items
• Manage operational excellence and store brand standards in print
• Dedicate time for training and development of associates
