Job summary

Staples Canada is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support in-store print production and everyday retail tasks. You will deliver exceptional service, learn our product offerings, and help meet sales and margin goals.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain store standards for print and merchandising, and collaborate with store leaders to ensure a smooth customer experience. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
• Learn products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leaders to meet sales and margin goals.
• Perform in-store print production.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
• Engage customers using our selling model to tailor products and services.
• Handle POS transactions including shipping and order pickups.
• Keep print area stocked with paper, toners, and supplies.
