Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Print & Services Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. You will guide staff in assisting customers with print solutions, products, and services, while building lasting relationships for future business.

You will perform essential leadership duties as a keyholder, supporting programs and training across the store to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail, with supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Model and coach our selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same.
• Sales Execution: Execute and communicate promotions, maximizing sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership: Lead areas in the store, including cash and print, to achieve goals and teach trends to associates.
• Operational Excellence: Manage print operations and uphold store brand standards.
• Training & Development: Dedicate time for self-development and train associates to grow skills.
