Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model and coach our selling model behaviors, engage with customers, and motivate associates to do the same.
• Oversee inventory and merchandising standards, ensure store is customer-ready daily, and manage backroom tasks with regular stock/sales reports.
• Support training, development, and coaching of associates to foster a high-performance, sales-focused culture.
• Facilitate clear communication for associates, lead meetings, and ensure smooth operations by addressing issues promptly.
