Are you passionate about retail and love keeping things running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for a Retail Operations Coordinator to bring organization and efficiency to our showrooms across the USA and Canada. This role focuses on supporting the Retail team behind the scenes by facilitating collaboration across Retail, Logistics, and Customer Care. It's all about ensuring smooth coordination, resolving issues efficiently, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the point person for Retail team liaising with Logistics, and Customer Care team.
  • Take ownership of showroom inventory, maintaining accurate and timely updates in collaboration with the logistics team.
  • Assist with all communications, follow-up and orders for showroom seasonal flips.
  • Assist Retail team in resolving tickets in collaboration with Customer Care team.
  • Prepare and update operational reports, SOPs and analytics.
  • Maintain website hours and Google My Business updates for all locations
  • Ensure all showroom teams receive necessary operational support and updates.
  • Oversee inventory and swatch management, coordinating stock levels and transfers.
  • Update and maintain showroom hours and Google My Business listings to keep information accurate and engaging.
  • Assist with weekly headcount reports and monitor showroom compliance with policies.
  • Assist with expense reports and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with SAP, Shopify, Notion and Miro is an asset.
  • Must be available to work flexibly on weekends and statutory holidays.
