Job Overview

The Retail Production Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all orders routed to our print department. This includes receiving inbound orders, sorting and prioritizing them, ensuring all components are intact, validating print readiness, and routing orders into production. The coordinator also manages communication with external customers to ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor dashboards regularly for new orders.
  2. Schedule machine resources efficiently, prioritize orders, and assign tasks to associates.
  3. Ensure all order components, including instructions and files, are available for production.
  4. Verify digital files are print-ready and contact customers for updates or corrections if necessary.
  5. Maintain communication with Hub customers, including spoke stores, sales associates, and corporate offices.
  6. Perform production and finishing tasks during downtime.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college or technical diploma in Printing preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail or commercial printing.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
