Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment.
• Open availability including weekends and store opening/closing shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead department team in partnership with the manager.
• Delegate tasks with clear direction and follow up.
• Foster growth through SOP training and development.
• Ensure adherence to procedures; report violations to the manager.
• Perform administrative tasks for the department.
• Provide legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote company programs to team members and customers.
• Maintain in-store visual presentation and signage; restock and remerchandise as needed.
• Resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
