Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment.
• Open availability to work store opening/closing shifts, weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and leadership to department team members with the manager.
• Delegate tasks and give clear direction, following up for proper execution.
• Foster growth and development by training standard operating procedures.
• Ensure SOPs and systems are followed and report violations to the manager.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the department.
• Provide legendary customer service by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Promote company programs to team members and customers.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and store cleanliness.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues using good judgment and problem solving.
• Assist in other store areas when business needs dictate.
