Job summary

Toast is expanding with a new Toast Retail platform and seeks a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team transforming convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts in an assigned geographic territory.

Use a consultative approach, tailor solutions, conduct demos, partner with cross‑functional teams, and manage activities in Salesforce to drive a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and strong growth.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective stores and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market.
