Job summary

Toast, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to build relationships with restaurant owners across Canada. You will prospect, demo, and close deals, while traveling locally to cover the territory and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid role with 80% field work and 20% remote work. The total targeted cash compensation ranges from CAD 131,000 to CAD 210,000, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or related field.
• Field position requiring reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with ability to sell at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast in the market.
