Job summary

TJX Canada – Winners, Marshalls, HomeSense in Kelowna is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to lead by example and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will drive operational excellence in merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.

You will train and develop Associates, promote a culture of collaboration, and ensure team alignment while enhancing store branding and displays. This role supports growth within HomeSense stores.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or service experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement.
• Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.
