Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize and guide tasks while training Associates on service policies.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Enhance store branding through eye-catching displays in key areas.
