Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail or service experience.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and active listening skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs.
• Experience with store warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality customer service by communicating updates and policies to Associates.
• Plan and prioritize tasks and provide direction to Associates with the management team.
• Train Associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate and drive timely movement of merchandise to keep the sales floor appealing.
• Create engaging displays to influence sales and brand strategy during feature changes.
