Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest service in our Ontario store. You will engage guests, share product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture while supporting store operations.

Spanning tasks from product presentation to replenishment, you’ll use in-store tech and maintain a luxury environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and strong guest connections in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to take appropriate action.
