The role emphasizes attentive service, accurate transactions, and collaboration with teammates to maintain premium store standards. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is required; travel not necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if applicable).
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a great guest experience while respecting guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues.
